Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
